我越来越相信，吸引力法则与信念这门东西。

每天不断给自己正能量，相信自己，

很多事都可以一一做到！

这就是信念。

同时，心想坏事的发生，就要立刻提醒自己去避免。

当然，如果只是一些阻碍自己去达成目标的恐惧感，

就得克服它，告诉自己“可以做到的！”

别去想“恐惧”，想着“勇敢”，

再来想像自己要的目标，去吸引它，

奇妙的，我们就会顺着宇宙的力量到达它！

这就是吸引力法则。

我觉得两者是形影不离的～他们是并行的！

凡是有什么不如意，那就是你的信念不足，

还有，吸引错东西了。

保持+ve，就算-ve了也要不断灌输自己+ve能量，

难题总会解决的！

Today, I have finished watching a documentary called "fat sick and nearly dead".

The most impressing moment is when a obese truck driver that used to wear 6XL T-shirt,

after few months of vege/fruit juice fasting...

end up he is running with the XXL T-shirt that gift by Joe Cross, the film maker at the beginning,

which I don't believe he could actually wear it at the end of the documentary!

Decision have to make at the 1st place, and then action!

Joe had also said "moderation but not perfection" at the end of the film,

well, it make me generated some brain juice to think about it seriously.
